Last Pilot — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") set out the conditions for using the game "Last Pilot" (the "App") provided by GALL (the "Operator"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If these Terms and the Japanese version differ, the Japanese version prevails.

1. Account

The App identifies each user with an anonymous identifier issued per device. Your game progress may be lost if you change devices, delete the App, or erase its data.

2. Paid Items

1. Gems, packs and permanent items sold in the App ("Paid Items") are purchased through Apple's in-app purchase.
2. Except where required by law, Paid Items cannot be refunded, exchanged, or converted into cash after purchase.
3. Gems can be used only within the App and do not expire. However, they can no longer be used once the App is discontinued.
4. Gacha drop rates are shown on each gacha screen ("Drop rates" in the Hangar and "?" in the Factory).
5. If you are a minor, please get permission from a parent or guardian before purchasing.

3. Ads

The App shows ads. Ad content is decided by the ad networks, and the Operator is not responsible for the products or services advertised.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Tampering with the App or its servers, using unauthorized programs, or manipulating the ranking
• Registering names that may offend other users
• Any act that violates laws or public order and morals
• Any other act the Operator deems inappropriate

If you engage in prohibited conduct, the Operator may, without prior notice, delete your records or remove you from the ranking.

5. Changes to or Discontinuation of the Service

The Operator may change the content of the App or discontinue it after giving prior notice.

6. Disclaimer

The Operator does not guarantee that the App is free of defects. If you suffer damage from using the App, except in cases of the Operator's willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Operator's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the App in the month the damage occurred.

7. Changes to These Terms

The Operator may change these Terms as needed. Changed Terms take effect when posted in the App or on the Operator's website.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute concerning the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the Operator's location as the court of first instance.
